Case:
The underlying silver case beneath the gold is showing through and creating a beautiful multi-colored cloudy hue. There are some light and hairline scratches evenly throughout the case from normal wear.

Crystal:
The glass crystal is in excellent condition.

Dial:
The dial is overall in good vintage condition.

Movement:
The fully-serviced manual-winding calibre by Cartier is in excellent condition.

Bracelet:
Gauthier-brand 17.5mm Black Lizard Strap with gold plated buckle.

Timepieces are packed in our Los Angeles showroom, and then shipped with fully-insured 1 or 2-Day shipping via FedEx within 5 business days of purchase. An adult signature is required upon delivery to ensure coverage. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. For clients in Los Angeles, we’re pleased to offer in-person delivery or showroom pickup by appointment.

Returns must be shipped via overnight or priority international service, fully insured, and at the buyer’s expense. A label will be provided and a restocking fee may apply. All returns must be received in the original condition as when shipped.

The Cartier Tank is one of the most iconic watch designs ever created. It was first conceived in 1917 and made available in 1919, and its timeless rectangular form has transcended generations of style. Introduced as a more attainable take on the classic, the Must de Cartier line featured vermeil cases (18K yellow gold plated over solid sterling silver) and creative dial variations. This black dial example features Cartier’s signature Roman numerals and railroad minute track. Its simplicity captures all of the enduring charm of Cartier design in a distinctive and collectible expression for less than its solid gold counterparts. The original Cartier high grade manual-wind calibre is based on the highly respected and reliable ETA 2512-1 movement, so this timepiece is a workhorse as well.
